SVP of Marketing & Product Development, Alaffia
Daya V. Fields is the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Product Development at Alaffia—a fair trade beauty products company headquartered in Olympia, Washington. She oversees Alaffia’s marketing strategy, product development, merchandising, PR and Media.
Most recently, Daya was the Senior Vice President of Global Marketing for RGI Home, a high-end home décor company that uses natural resources and sustainable materials from Asia. Prior to this, Daya was Director of e-Commerce at AHAVA, a natural ingredients skincare brand headquartered in Israel. For most of her professional career in the beauty industry, Daya worked in the corporate offices of the Estée Lauder Companies where she held both manager and director-level positions. She led and developed both makeup and fragrance categories for travel retail distribution as part of the Estée Lauder brand. Daya was later promoted to Director of Seasonal Programming at Clinique. In this role, Daya oversaw fragrance, makeup and skincare categories.
She graduated from the MIT Sloan School of Management with an MBA in Marketing and Strategy. Before this, she was an Operations Manager at PBS in the Marketing and Fundraising Department. Daya currently resides in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and three daughters.
