Elodie has been a recognized pioneer and thought-leader of digital marketing and communications in the luxury and beauty industry. Prior to Coty, she worked for near 15 years as a Digital & E-commerce Lead in Paris for some of the world’s most prestigious beauty and fragrances brands. Passionate by both luxury and tech, she has a track record of launching disruptive, innovative and award-winning campaigns that deeply engage audiences and drive growth.
As a Senior Director, Digital Innovation & New Products at COTY, she assumes responsibility for leading forward thinking projects involving new technologies for the COTY portfolio of brands including 72 international brands such as Covergirl, Sally Hansen, Rimmel, Burberry, Gucci, Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs, Clairol. She already led some major firsts in the area of augmented reality, such as “ManiMatch”, the first 3D live try-on app for Nails, and “Get the Look”, also called the “Shazam of Beauty”, a game-changing app allowing to snap any make up look and try on live. Both received unanimous success with consumers and several industry awards.

Elodie just moved from Paris to New York and lives in Manhattan with her 2 children.
