Lana, Russian-born, raised in the United States with multicultural experiences.

Lana has more than 15 years of consumer research, strategy and innovation experience.

Lana is a strategic and visionary thinker with a creative and dynamic approach who gained international experience over the years, working in Paris, New York, Amsterdam & Shanghai.

Lana is known for global leadership in creative product and brand environments and has an extensive expertise in strategy development, research methodologies, data modeling, strategic marketing and driving change across organizations.

Lana has acquired her competencies by working in the world’s leading fragrance and flavor companies as well as market research agencies.

She previously had experience in the fragrance and beauty industry working for Givaudan and IFF (International Flavors & Fragrances). During her 11 year tenure at IFF, Lana worked from fine fragrance to hair care categories. On her agency side she worked with large clients such as Nabisco, Kelloggs and Young & Rubicam

In September 2011, Lana joined the Estée Lauder Companies Group where she is currently Vice President of Corporate Marketing and then, Corporate Innovation EMEA based in Paris.

She leads the development of breakthrough innovation in the area of new concepts, products, technology platforms, novel packaging, and consumer services, for the EMEA region.
