Here are some tips for writing a standout nomination about a leader that inspires you:
Open with the important information
Start with a clear and specific statement that outlines why your nominee is worthy of this Award. Ask yourself: What activities or actions have the nominee undertook that stand out? What has the nominee accomplished that goes above and beyond? What special skills or talents have they employed? How have they showed their leadership skills? Why are you motivated to nominate this person?
Choose the right category

Understand the criteria.
It is very important to understand the criteria that all candidates will be judged on:
– Innovation: Is the candidate’s contribution new to the world, new to the industry or a renovation?
– Impact: How does the innovation result in fundamental changes to the industry, consumer and organization?
– Strategy and Tools: How has the innovation contributed to meeting the strategy of the organization, business unit or department and what tools, method or approach did the nominee use to drive innovation?
Share their story
Strengthen your nomination by helping us get to know the person. What motivates them to make a difference? How and why do they inspire others? How does this person make you feel?

Use real-world examples that demonstrate why your nominee is an inspiring role model. We want to know the stories of their life and the impact they have made.
