1️⃣ Lifespan: Why We Age and Why We Don’t Have to – David A. Sinclair & Matthew D. LaPlante (this was the first book that sparked my interest in this topic)

2️⃣ Longevity Guidebook: How to Slow, Stop, and Reverse Aging — and Not Die from Something Stupid – Peter H. Diamandis

3️⃣ Boundless: Upgrade Your Brain, Optimize Your Body & Defy Aging – Ben Greenfield (I met Ben briefly at a biohacking event and he is a true inspiration)

4️⃣ One Disease: Redox Imbalance—How Stress Becomes a Disease – Michael Sherer

5️⃣ The Glutathione Revolution: Fight Disease, Slow Aging, and Increase Energy with the Master Antioxidant – Nayan Patel PharmD Patel, PharmD (This book dives deep into the science of this master antioxidant and how it impacts aging. After reading it, I'm utterly obsessed with optimizing my glutathione levels. And guess what? Nayan Patel is invited to give a keynote presentation at the INNOCOS Longevity Summit in Miami! www.innocosevents.com)

6️⃣ Outlive: The Science & Art of Longevity – Peter Attia, MD (classic, recommended by many)

7️⃣ Ageless: The New Science of Getting Older Without Getting Old – Andrew Steele (Even if you’ve already read books on this topic, you’ll still find plenty of excellent, detailed explanations about many aspects of longevity. Andrew is an outstanding speaker and a highly insightful writer. He covers topics with meticulous attention to detail, presenting them in a clear, engaging, and easily understandable way. I would love to have him speaking at one of our INNOCOS summits!)

8️⃣ Glow15: A Science-Based Plan to Lose Weight, Revitalize Your Skin, and Invigorate Your Life – Naomi Whittel (This book is an excellent resource for women seeking to improve their skin health and overall vitality. While the recipes aren't all suitable for my vegan pescetarian lifestyle, the science-backed approach to diet and lifestyle is valuable for anyone. Highly recommend!)

9️⃣ Stress Less, Accomplish More: Meditation for Extraordinary Performance – Emily Fletcher (I used to think meditation wasn't for me, but this book changed everything! It makes meditation accessible and relevant for busy professionals. I especially enjoyed the audiobook – Emily Fletcher's voice is incredibly soothing.)

🔟 Eat to Beat Disease: The New Science of How Your Body Can Heal Itself – William W. Li

1️⃣1️⃣ The Oxygen Advantage: Proven Breathing Techniques for a Healthier, Slimmer, Faster, and Fitter You – Patrick McKeown (The author is a leading expert on breathing and breathwork, and he provides clear and concise instructions that are easy to follow. )

1️⃣2️⃣ Glucose Revolution: The Life-Changing Power of Balancing Your Blood Sugar – Jessie Inchauspe (Glucose Goddess) (the author is a biochemist and a leading expert on glucose metabolism, and she provides clear and concise instructions that are easy to follow. The book also includes practical tips and recipes to help you balance your blood sugar levels. She also has great content on her Youtube channel, Glucose Revolution)

1️⃣3️⃣ How Not to Age: The Scientific Approach to Getting Healthier as You Age – Michael Greger (l'm a vegan, and I loved how this book emphasizes the science-backed benefits of a plant-based diet for longevity and overall health. Dr. Greger's other books, "How Not to Die" and "How Not to Diet," are also excellent resources for those interested in improving their well-being through nutrition.)

1️⃣4️⃣ The Science and Technology of Growing Young: An Insider's Guide to Lifespan Breakthroughs – Sergey Young (it was one of my first introductions to the world of longevity, packed with insights into the latest breakthroughs, great read).
