   3. Exchanging Tickets for Future Events: If you cannot attend an event, you may exchange your ticket for a future event free of charge, provided you make this request before the event occurs.
   4. Changes or Cancellations by INNOCOS: INNOCOS reserves the right to modify event details or cancel events. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an option to attend a rescheduled or future event.
